Sarbec Cosmetics is a leading company in the cosmetics industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Operationnal Marketing Executive to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Operationnal Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining marketing objectives, establishing action plans, and monitoring product launches and animation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Define marketing objectives and establish action plans to achieve them.
- Monitor and implement product launches and animation plans for distributors across the region.
- Track advertising and promotion budgets and investments for all clients.
- Ensure that marketing plans, programs, and budgets are consistent and of quality.
- Analyze and integrate market data and trends to develop marketing and promotional plans.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing and promotional strategies and make necessary modifications.
- Develop strong and lasting relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
- Develop and manage advertising campaigns, promotional initiatives, and loyalty programs.
- Lead meetings with external partners to discuss promotional strategies and plans.
- Make presentations to clients and external partners to explain promotional strategies and plans.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to coordinate on marketing objectives and activities.
- Manage external suppliers for advertising and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a Master's level degree and 1st experience in B to B to C goods. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial attitude, be fluent in French and English, and have strong communication and presentation skills.

You will be a proactive and organized individual with the ability to prioritize and define clear objectives. You will be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment and have a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced marketing environment.
