About Sarbec Cosmetics
We are a dynamic and innovative company in the cosmetics industry, seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Operationnal Marketing Executive.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the export market. Your key duties will include:
- Defining and executing marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Developing and managing advertising campaigns, promotional initiatives, and loyalty programs to engage with customers and increase brand awareness.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Managing external suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality services and products.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
