Job Summary
The Secretary-Medico-Social is responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, and providing excellent customer service to users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and welcoming reception service to users, handling phone calls, and managing information displays.
- Assist professionals in planning and organizing daily activities, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Manage user files, update records, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Support the team in preparing administrative documents, reports, and other materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with users, stakeholders, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with departmental policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental standards.
- Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity tools.
- Knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and best practices.
