Role Overview:
The Financial Accounting Manager will oversee a dedicated team responsible for monitoring cash flow and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Accounting team, consisting of three professionals focused on cash flow oversight;
- Coordinate and supervise interactions with the treasury accounting department of the shared service center;
- Guarantee the integrity and accuracy of accounts associated with cash transactions;
- Collaborate with cash management teams and the central cash management group;
- Ensure the effective operation of treasury information systems.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in accounting (minimum Bac +5);
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English;
- Demonstrated leadership experience;
- Background in an international corporate environment.
