Project Manager

EnerSys is a leading provider of stored energy solutions for industrial applications. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to projects across our three lines of business: Energy Systems, Specialty Transport, and Motive Power.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, driving projects to completion and ensuring successful collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project deliverables, identifying and addressing issues or risks as they arise.
- Manage project performance, budget, and risk, communicating effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business).
- 3+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management and development processes.
