Role Overview
Become part of a global initiative aimed at:
Improving customer experiences Digitizing our organizational operations Standardizing our processes Streamlining collaboration This initiative integrates new processes, innovative tools, and the cloud capabilities of SAP.
Your responsibilities:
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will join a project team that spans various functions (finance, supply chain, customer service, etc.) and play a crucial role in the phased implementation of the project.
For each implementation phase, your financial responsibilities will include:
Ensuring that all prerequisites are met, clarifying the scope, and preparing for the rollout. This includes organizing training sessions, cleansing data in legacy systems, and collaborating with local teams to define functional requirements.
Gap Analysis A critical phase where you will work with local teams to introduce the new tools and processes, identify discrepancies with existing practices, anticipate challenges, and highlight changes in workflows.
Your goal is to emphasize the benefits of the new tools and processes while addressing the concerns of local key users and escalating any identified issues to program governance.
Customizing the tool for the local entity being deployed.
You will work alongside our integration consultants to tailor the solution, assist local key users in data cleansing, and contribute to data migration efforts. You will also prepare and conduct functional testing.
In this phase, local key users will conduct tests step-by-step to validate the newly established processes within the tool.
You will guide key users through the testing process, facilitate defect resolution with consultants as needed, and train key users to enable them to support others.
This marks the transition from the old ERP system to the new SAP solution.
Post-Implementation Support In the initial months following the go-live, challenges may arise, which is to be expected.
You will remain closely engaged with local key users to support their adaptation to the new tool, maintaining collaboration with the project team.
Qualifications
Experience :
Minimum of 3 years in Finance or Accounting roles. Proficient in using an ERP system, preferably SAP. Ideally, experience as a key user in the FI module.Skills :
Proficient in English (B2/C1 level) Strong communication abilities Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills Effective listener with strong leadership qualities Adaptable to changing environmentsAdditional Information
