We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Retail Operations Manager. This is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving technical excellence and facilitating the success of our entities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain governance and control processes to ensure the success of our entities.
- Identify and address emerging needs from our entities, building toolkits and methodologies to support their growth and profit.
- Experiment with new approaches to business, leveraging internal and external sources and technologies.
- Maintain a continuous market view and insight, participating in conferences and meetings with start-ups.
- Solve emerging challenges in underwriting using data and AI competences.
- Develop training courses for entities to enhance technical underwriting.
Our team is responsible for driving technical excellence and facilitating the success of our entities worldwide. We are a dynamic and multifaceted team, working in a complex P&C world.
Requirements- 8-10 years of underwriting experience in retail lines of business.
- General knowledge of retail lines insurance products and client segments.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience working in complex environments.
- Knowledge of programming, SAS, or other AI languages, and Microsoft tools.
