The Retail Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing operations related to the activities of the France stores. This position is responsible for project management aimed at optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing the customer experience, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure coordination between different teams involved to ensure project success.
- Coordinate, plan, and supervise the implementation of store openings and closures.
- Deployment & daily animation of the new internal communication tool.
- Manage orders for consumables, uniforms, and any other items necessary for the operation of our stores.
- Analyze existing operational processes and propose improvements.
- Implement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure the proper management of partnership contracts for franchisees.
- Develop periodic reports on budgetary progress.
- Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- University degree in business, management, or a similar field.
- Fluent French and English required.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience in project management.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
