NOZ, leader européen du déstockage depuis plus de 47 ans, se spécialise dans la revalorisation de lots de marchandises provenant de divers fournisseurs internationaux, au sein de son réseau de magasins. Avec une équipe de 6 500 collaborateurs, NOZ continue d'évoluer. Pour accompagner cette croissance, notre département marketing recherche un(e) futur(e) Spécialiste de la Catégorie de Produits.

Votre défi :
En tant que véritable responsable de votre gamme de produits, vous jouez un rôle clé dans son développement.
Vos responsabilités :
- Analyser les produits proposés par nos équipes commerciales en France et en Europe pour sélectionner les meilleures opportunités de déstockage.
- Déterminer les conditions d'achat (prix de vente, coût d'achat, quantités, délais de livraison, etc.) et assurer l'approvisionnement des magasins NOZ à l'échelle nationale.
- Effectuer une veille concurrentielle active pour orienter les équipes commerciales dans leur prospection.
- Suivre les performances de vente à travers le réseau de magasins et mettre en œuvre des actions promotionnelles.
- Participer aux salons professionnels en France et à l'international.
- Vous aurez également la possibilité de collaborer avec un assistant marketing pour élaborer votre stratégie d'achat.
Profil recherché :
Pourquoi vous ?
- Votre formation (BAC+2 à BAC+5) vous a permis d'acquérir des compétences solides en marketing opérationnel et stratégique, avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions liées à la stratégie d'achat ou de vente.
- Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout.
- Votre sens commercial, votre affinité avec les chiffres et votre culture du résultat font de vous un(e) gestionnaire de produits efficace.
- Vous êtes passionné(e) par l'univers des cosmétiques, en particulier la parapharmacie et les compléments alimentaires, un secteur qui vous est familier.
