Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and optimize high voltage aerial line works to ensure efficiency and quality of interventions
  • Develop operational methods to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality of interventions, aligning with industry standards and best practices
  • Analyze needs and prepare work files to facilitate project coordination and execution
  • Coordinate with field teams and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Stay updated on technological and regulatory advancements in the energy sector to propose continuous improvements in methods and procedures
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance project outcomes and team performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in high voltage aerial line works, with a focus on project management and coordination
  • Expertise in work techniques and safety standards, with a strong understanding of industry regulations
  • Proficient in maintenance management software and other relevant tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Desire to contribute to the safety and quality of interventions, with a passion for the energy sector and project success

The salary for this position starts at 32K€, with opportunities for growth and professional development within the company.
