- Assist in formulating Crédit Agricole CIB's property strategy within the framework of the Real Estate Master Plan.
- Oversee and execute property initiatives (renegotiations, relocations, openings/closures of sites, acquisitions/dispositions) in partnership with regional teams.
- Compile and present property project documentation for approval at the Crédit Agricole CIB Real Estate Projects Committee.
- Support the management of overall property expenditures at Crédit Agricole CIB and track its progression.
- Engage in asset appraisal initiatives and refresh data repositories.
- Offer contributions and support in the drafting of legal documentation.
