About the Role
Co-Efficience, a leading network of specialized stores in the distribution of high-quality electronic cigarettes and recognized brands, is seeking a highly skilled Network Stores - Franchises Animator to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic company that is at the forefront of the vaping industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit and inspect the 35 stores within the network to ensure product and brand concept compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store revenue and enforce commercial policies.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among store owners and staff to promote best practices.
- Provide support to store owners in performance management and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Background in commercial management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing store networks or franchises.
- Strong interest in the vaping industry and its trends.
