Position Overview
In this pivotal role, you will oversee intricate automobile bodily injury claims, evaluate liabilities, negotiate settlements, and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders while keeping clients or brokers informed of significant developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee intricate automobile bodily injury claims
- Efficiently resolve claims, focusing on cases requiring external collaboration
- Provide updates to leadership and internal stakeholders
- Serve as a subject matter expert, communicating effectively with all parties
- Conduct regular financial assessments and adjust reserves as necessary
- Support quality assurance and audit processes
- Ensure adherence to best practices in managing complex auto claims
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in managing automobile bodily injury claims
- Familiarity with IRCA, IRSA, PAOS conventions
- Proven success in negotiating claims of intermediate complexity
- Experience in implementing audit recommendations and enhancing claims management
- Fluency in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
