Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement fragrance development strategies to drive business growth
- Lead the fragrance development process, including olfactive briefs, submission tracking, and off-site development
- Collaborate with international brand marketing teams to drive global marketing initiatives
- Manage and maintain relationships with contract fillers and fragrance houses
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our fragrance brand
- Manage and analyze market research and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
- Master's degree in Marketing or related field
- Excellent English skills required
- Experience in the US market preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
