Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications for electrical equipment, automation systems, and instrumentation.
- Develop comprehensive consultation documents in partnership with the procurement manager, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Contribute to the selection of suppliers in collaboration with the procurement manager and the factory's electrical service manager, prioritizing quality and reliability.
- Play a key role in defining the final technical solution, schedule, and deadlines for projects, working closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders.
- Champion safety, prevention, and environmental protection throughout all project phases, adhering to Groupe Vicat's stringent standards.
- Manage and update project tasks schedules for the Electrical, Automation, and Instrumentation aspects, ensuring adherence to project constraints and deadlines.
- Maintain meticulous budget records for the Electrical, Automation, and Instrumentation components within the allocated budget, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure that all services and supplies meet Groupe Vicat's rigorous quality and safety standards.
- Monitor the progress of study, supply, and installation work undertaken by suppliers, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
- Actively participate in equipment and service receptions at the factory, verifying compliance with agreed-upon standards.
- Contribute actively to testing, commissioning, and fine-tuning activities, ensuring optimal performance of installed systems.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation packages for the factory, including compliant TQC plans, outlining project deliverables and outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to relevant Project Managers and superiors, maintaining transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate effectively with factory electrical and automation managers, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring seamless integration of projects.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a proven track record in the field of Electrical and Automation Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Automation and Electrical Engineering (Bac +5).
- Extensive experience in new construction or engineering project monitoring, including refurbishment of existing installations.
- In-depth knowledge of high voltage electrical distribution systems, low voltage electrical distribution networks, and electrical drive technologies.
- Proficiency in measurement techniques (gas analysis, temperature, pressure, flow, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
