About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to join our team at Groupe Vicat. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of cement projects, from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot the development and execution of cement projects, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with cement projects, ensuring that they are managed and controlled effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the cement industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
