Your Key Responsibilities:
Within Accor Tech, the Product Owner for Onestream is accountable for the complete lifecycle of EPM solutions from a technological perspective, with a focus on consolidation, reporting, and management control applications. This encompasses architecture, technical design, execution, and development, whether these tasks are managed internally or outsourced.
As a Product Owner for Onestream, you will ensure that applications evolve to meet changing demands and integrate technological advancements.
Your Duties Include:
- Maintaining OneStream EPM solutions to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Leading a team of developers and functional teams, including setting objectives, conducting code reviews, and providing mentorship.
- Managing integrations while ensuring scalability, security, performance, and system reliability.
- Overseeing hosting and managing third-party technical providers.
- Supervising maintenance and user support across all levels (L1, L2, L3).
- Ensuring platform security and compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Leading technical discussions and formulating plans to enhance the quality of Accor's solutions, system design, and development processes.
- Establishing and managing the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Maintaining a practical approach to software architecture, design, and programming.
- Continuously monitoring emerging technological trends and best practices, integrating them into the design and development of new systems and features.
- Troubleshooting issues and anomalies in development, testing, and production environments.
- Defining project roadmaps to ensure scalability, consistent performance, and sustainability of solutions.
- Collaborating with business process owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategy and projects during execution.
- Leading Onestream projects, including planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technical initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in systems consolidation, group reporting, and management control is essential for this role.
We seek a candidate with a robust understanding of FP&A process maintenance and financial consolidation across various applications.
Additionally, a strong knowledge of IT processes (incident, problem, and change management) and financial processes (general ledger, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, planning, etc.) is required.
If you have a proven track record in managing application teams across diverse projects, proficiency in OneStream software, and a solid grasp of EPM tools and business intelligence infrastructures, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
