Accor Tech & Digital is the driving force behind Accor's technology, digital business, and transformation. As a Product Owner Onestream, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of EPM solutions, focusing on consolidation, reporting, and management control applications. This includes architecture, technical design, execution, and construction, whether these activities are managed internally or outsourced.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain OneStream EPM solutions, ensuring they adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Manage a team of developers and functional teams, including goal setting, code reviews, and providing mentoring and guidance.
- Manage integrations and ensure scalability, security, performance, and system reliability.
- Oversee hosting and managing third-party technical providers.
- Supervise and manage maintenance and user support at all levels (L1, L2, L3).
- Ensure platform security and compliance (Privacy Policy, GDPR).
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Lead technical discussions and develop plans to improve the quality of the Accor solution, system design, and development processes.
- Establish and oversee the product development lifecycle, including gathering requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Maintain a practical approach to software architecture, design, and programming.
- Constantly monitor new technological trends and best practices, and integrate them into the design and development of new systems and features.
- Troubleshoot issues and anomalies in development, testing, and production environments.
- Define project roadmaps to ensure scalability, consistent performance levels, and solution sustainability.
- Collaborate with business process owners and other stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment with strategy and projects (construction) during execution.
- Lead OneStream projects (planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technical projects).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in systems consolidation, group reporting, and management control.
- A strong understanding of FP&A process maintenance and financial consolidation across multiple applications.
- A very strong knowledge of IT processes (incident, problem, and change management) and financial processes (general ledger, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, planning, etc.).
- Proficiency in OneStream software and a solid understanding of EPM tools and business intelligence infrastructures.
- Soft skills: proficiency in English, demonstrated leadership ability, results-oriented approach, excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational skills with attention to detail and responsiveness, and proficiency in project management.
