Product Safety Manager

At Automotive Cells Company (ACC), we are seeking a highly skilled Product Safety Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our products, meeting regulatory requirements, and adhering to quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the organization's product safety strategy, aligning it with our overall business objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about national and international product safety regulations and standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement product safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the safety of our products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure product safety is integrated into every aspect of our business.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential safety risks associated with our products and take measures to mitigate those risks.
- Incident Response and Investigation: Establish and lead incident response teams to investigate safety-related incidents, accidents, or complaints.
- Quality Control: Oversee product testing and quality control processes to maintain high product safety and quality standards.
- Communication and Reporting: Communicate safety-related information to senior management, regulatory bodies, and the public, as needed.
- Product Safety Education and Training: Develop and conduct product safety training programs for employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, product safety, quality assurance, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in product safety, quality control, and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multidisciplinary teams.
