Job Overview
The primary objective of this role is to drive business success in terms of sales and brand visibility through effective utilization of various digital marketing channels, specifically for both SRO and STC sectors, by maintaining regular and systematic engagement with partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute all campaigns aimed at attracting new students by leveraging diverse recruitment channels, including online media, SEO, SEM, display advertising, affiliate programs, and social media, while coordinating communication efforts to meet lead generation and conversion targets.
- Enhance the School's brand recognition through strategic media outreach, marketing events, and a variety of promotional channels.
- Support promotional activities related to sales and admissions by collaborating with key agency representatives and external consultants (PR, web agencies, etc.) at a local level.
- Manage CRM initiatives and design/implement strategies to improve the conversion rate from leads to enrolled students.
- Ensure the continuous development and updating of the two websites, landing pages, and online materials.
- Prepare, manage, and oversee the annual budget for online marketing, generating relevant weekly reports and recommending improvements to business leaders.
- Conduct analysis and regular reviews of competitors' online communication strategies to provide insightful intelligence reports.
- Ensure effective Social Media Management, including the development of an editorial plan and monitoring of chats and leads.
