As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the success of our energy solutions.

About the Role

• Lead a team of 15 professionals and manage a center of profit with a focus on sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and stimulating work environment.
• Ensure the effective implementation of our energy solutions, meeting customer needs and expectations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of energy systems and a deep understanding of the industry.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and French, with a strong understanding of the local market and culture.
