The CEA Paris-Saclay's Department of Safety and Health Protection (DSPS) is seeking a full-time employee for a position of Radioprotection Technician in the installations.
Main Missions
Within a team of 7 people from the Section of Radioprotection of Installations (SRI) of the SPRE of CEA Paris-Saclay, you will be responsible for the following missions:
Ensure the radioprotection of workers, equipment, and premises in the different regulated areas of the center as well as the radiological control of waste and materials leaving the installations.
Ensure the correct application of radioprotection rules by the various stakeholders.
Carry out prevention and optimization actions: writing of risk analysis/study of post, radiological zoning, measurements, participation in workers' training,
Monitor and carry out radiological controls of installations, operations, and personnel: radioprotection control of workers, materials, premises, waste, transports, exploitation of TCR alarms, periodic controls of sources, follow-up of construction sites and contractors, dosimetric follow-up of workers,
Intervene in case of radioactive event or incident and participate in exercises with other units of the site.
You will be attached to the Fontenay-aux-Roses site.
Candidate Profile
You hold a Bac+2 or Bac+3 scientific degree or in risk prevention.
You justify ideally 1 to 2 years of experience in radioprotection or risk prevention. A PNR training and adapted guidance will be proposed to you.
The knowledge of nuclear installations in dismantling would be an additional asset.
Your sense of organization, your analytical spirit, and your writing skills will be essential competences to carry out your missions.
