Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sports Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data to identify critical insights and high-value opportunities to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with product and business leaders to scope out challenges and work collaboratively to find solutions to improve core KPIs
- Work with product owners to create AB test strategies that yield actionable results
- Proactively identify areas of friction for customers and work with stakeholders to improve the user experience
- Feed into betting squad roadmap prioritization by leveraging business knowledge to produce convincing analysis
- Work with stakeholders to enhance their oversight of performance with KPIs tailored to their needs
- Conduct analysis into product features and measure their performance with recommendations for improvement
- Identify areas of friction in player UX and recommend solutions to minimize it
- Work as part of the team to automate various trading decisions
- At least 3 years of Data Analytics experience
- Degree in a Quantitative field (Maths, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, etc.)
- Proactive and business-minded with excellent analytical methodologies and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of probabilities, statistics, and deterministic modeling
- Good understanding of SQL and data visualization tools
- Curious and able to ask questions to understand problems
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
