En tant que Product Ops, vous accompagnez nos clients (grands comptes et startups) dans leurs travaux et intervenez au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire et Agile. Vous devez structurer, homogénéiser et optimiser la production d'une équipe Produit. Le tout en assurant une bonne ambiance de travail et la qualité des livrables.
Missions principales- Définir la roadmap et les features des produits digitaux et data de nos clients
- Identifier les optimisations d'une organisation et des process
- Co-construire les plans d'accompagnement mêlant coaching et formation
- Accompagner nos clients sur le terrain pour améliorer la performance de leur organisation (outillage, mesure, compréhension des périmètres et rôles, etc.)
- Faire monter les équipes en compétences sur les bonnes pratiques de chaque sujet (roadmap, priorisation, gestion du backlog...)
- Construire et animer des programmes de formation à la fois théoriques et pratiques
- Être le garant de la bonne mise en œuvre et du bon pilotage de l'intervention aux côtés des clients
- Expérience effective au sein d'équipes Produit en grands groupes d'au moins 4 ans
- Solide expérience en Lean / Agile sur le terrain
- Animer des ateliers d'idéation, des rétrospectives, des ateliers sur le flux de valeur et tout autre atelier pouvant contribuer à l'amélioration d'une organisation
- Parcours de pilote d'équipe (Product Manager, Head of...) capable de prendre de la hauteur
- Communication claire, bienveillante et posture diplomate
- Aimer travailler au sein d'une équipe, échanger autour de bonnes pratiques et partager tes recommandations avec tes collaborateurs
- Conduire le changement n'a aucun secret pour toi : tu sais identifier les axes d'amélioration dans l'organisation et les process pour gagner en performance
- Parler anglais couramment (et pas que franglish hein )
