YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As part of Eiffage Génie Civil, you will be involved in a significant design-build contract awarded by a government entity to construct a new section of an urban motorway. This project aims to enhance the capacity of a major interchange, involving extensive construction work in a densely populated area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all aspects of roadworks and M&E delivery, ensuring compliance with safety standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Act as a key member of the project management committee, contributing to the development of a strong safety culture on-site.
- Coordinate with internal and external designers to ensure seamless integration of construction methodologies and design specifications.
- Lead the procurement process for your area of responsibility, collaborating with relevant managers to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Define the organizational structure of your construction team and manage personnel mobilization and demobilization.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to contractual milestones and manage subcontractors effectively.
- Own the budget for your scope of work, implementing a structured cost control process and addressing any deviations promptly.
- Interface with clients and stakeholders to prepare for project completion stages, including acceptance testing.
- Plan and manage the guarantee period following project completion.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in an engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in large-scale civil engineering projects.
