Eiffage Génie Civil is a leading player in the civil engineering sector, with a strong presence in France and internationally. As a Roadworks and M&E Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a high-profile project in Norway, working closely with our international team and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Overall responsibility for delivering the Roadworks and M&E scope of work in a safe and efficient manner, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Member of the project management committee, contributing to the development of the project's safety culture and ensuring pro-active cooperation between the H&S department and production teams.
- Monitor the development of the design and ensure coordination between designers and production teams, particularly interfaces between Roadworks and M&E and Civils and Tunnels & Earthworks.
- Lead the procurement process for the Roadworks and M&E scope of work, liaising with the procurement manager and HR department as needed.
- Define the organization chart for the construction team and ensure coordination and follow-up of construction activities to meet contractual milestones.
- Own the budget for the Roadworks and M&E scope of work, working closely with the cost controller to establish a follow-up structure and monitor costs.
- Interface with the Client and Third-Parties to prepare the final stages of the project, including Site Acceptance Test, Users' Acceptance Test, and Take-Over.
- Master's degree in engineering.
- At least 10 years' experience in site engineering.
- Full-time permanent position based in Rugtvedt, Norway under an expatriation contract.
- Remuneration according to profile.
- Various bonuses (13th month, holiday bonus).
