About the Role
As a Site Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our operations at ArcelorMittal. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site management, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to maximize site profitability, including revenue generation, cost optimization, and market analysis.
- Team Leadership: Build and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure team success.
- Financial Management: Oversee site budgets, monitor cash flow, and implement financial controls to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the company's overall objectives. Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance site performance.
- Safety & Compliance: Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Implement and monitor QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) programs to minimize risks and promote a safe working environment.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficient resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Client Focus: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver exceptional service to exceed expectations.
