Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and develop commercial activities for the site, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage budgets and optimize resources to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the management system for quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE) and contribute to the company's zero-accident policy.
- Direct daily operations and guide the company's strategic direction.
- Monitor cash flows and ensure timely financial management.
- Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and oversee employee performance.
- Develop growth strategies for the company and implement them effectively.
- Collaborate with the HR department to manage personnel and ensure a positive work environment.
- As a site manager, create a work environment that promotes performance and productivity.
- Ensure the team provides high-quality services to clients.
- Develop new solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
As a key member of the ArcelorMittal team, you will report directly to the CEO.
Your Profile:
You possess a strong understanding of the company's functions, excellent leadership qualities, and expertise in negotiation and interpersonal relationships.
You are organized, meticulous, proactive, strategic, and analytical, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required for this role.
