Job Summary:
Ceva Santé Animale is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global IT Service Delivery Manager to lead our End User Support team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT services to our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global IT service delivery strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Build and manage a high-performing End User Support team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver excellent service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery, including infrastructure, applications, and security.
- Develop and maintain IT service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery performance.
- Identify and mitigate IT service delivery risks, ensuring business continuity and minimizing downtime.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in IT service delivery.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with a focus on End User Support.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering excellent IT services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of IT industry standards and best practices, including ITIL and service management frameworks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
