Your Mission:

As a Compensation and Benefits and HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring major performance campaigns and salary reviews
  • Producing analyses and performance indicators to monitor and improve HR processes
  • Preparing bids for senior level hires
  • Benchmarking salary data
  • Monitoring the Group's Benefits coverage with our broker
  • Supporting HRBPs and HRDs on all C&B-related issues
  • Training managers and HRBPs in C&B

HRIS Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of all global HRIS tools and associated HR processes, working closely with the Group's centers of expertise
  • Managing the Group HR Cockpit integrating artificial intelligence
  • Supervising and challenging external service providers working on the tools
  • Designing HRIS training courses for HR, managers, and employees
  • Training HR teams on HRIS tools and ensuring proper use of tools by managers and employees
  • Confirming the accuracy and integrity of all HR data, maintaining data in HRIS systems and databases
  • Contributing to global HRIS projects (deployment of new modules, etc.)

Your Profile:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • Higher education in science or business (Engineer, Sup de Co, Scientific Master, etc.)
  • At least 5 years' experience in C&B and/or HRIS
  • Experience as an HRBP / HR Generalist would be appreciated
  • Advanced level of Excel and fluent English
