Job Title: Head Dishwasher
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dishwasher to join our team at Club Med Group. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our dishwashing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the work of your dishwashing team, ensuring tasks are distributed effectively.
- Guarantee the cleanliness of dishes, kitchen equipment, and waste processing facilities, adhering to strict hygiene and safety procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dishroom environment.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in a similar role, with a focus on team management and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of English is a plus, but not required.
