Job Summary

Club Med is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Sports Manager to lead our water sports base with one or more activities (sailing, windsurfing, kayaks). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of water sports instructors, teaching group lessons for adults and children, organizing and participating in water sports events, and ensuring the security of the navigation zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of water sports instructors to deliver high-quality lessons and activities
  • Develop and implement water sports programs and events to enhance customer experience
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of water sports equipment and facilities
  • Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the water sports area
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote water sports activities and services

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in water sports management or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing a team and delivering results
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of water sports equipment and facilities maintenance
