Job Title: IT Procurement Project Manager

GEODIS, a global leader in transport and logistics, is seeking a highly skilled IT Procurement Project Manager to join its team. As a key member of the Procurement department, you will be responsible for managing IT projects related to procurement, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects that meet the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT projects related to procurement, including IPORTA, HYPERLEX, INFOPARC, BASWARE, and COUPA.
  • Oversee applicative maintenance and ensure timely delivery of enhancements, following GEODIS project methodology.
  • Collaborate with applications owners, business partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
  • Participate in the ongoing GEODIS ERP transformation program and implement COUPA worldwide.
  • Develop and maintain a project portfolio, prioritizing business requirements and projects.
  • Assess risk, benefit, and cost of implementing change requirements and write functional specifications.
  • Execute audits in your domain and ensure compliance with architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, process, and governance rules.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in economics, engineering, computer science, or information technology with a procurement specialty.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good experience in IT project management, Agile, PMP, or Prince certifications a plus.
  • Good knowledge within procurement domain, receptive and fast learner, ability to listen, respond, and build trust.
  • Good synthesis skills, good communication skills, written and verbal, good team spirit with a positive mindset, thoroughness, and autonomy.
  • Proficient in English.
