Main Responsibilities

As a P2P Project Manager at GEODIS INTERSERVICES, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Coupa P2P solution on a worldwide scope. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Project organization and team coordination: Propose and implement an efficient IT organization to manage the P2P project, coordinate the P2P project team members, and proactively communicate resource needs.
  2. Project framework: Lead or oversee all facets of the project, deliver the P2P project following established PMO ERP/P2P program standards, and develop and maintain a work plan to ensure delivery of all deliverables and work products within the start and end dates.
  3. Communicate efficiently: Track and effectively communicate the project status both up and down the communication chain, and execute effective IT P2P project communications.
  4. Manage risks & escalation: Establish and maintain an effective Issue and Risk Management plan, serve as the IT initial escalation point for P2P project issues, risks, and changes, and facilitate conflict resolution within the team and escalate when needed.
  5. Budget: Consolidate and track P2P project IT costs.
Proven Successful Experience

The successful applicant will be a Project Manager with:

  1. Proven experience in managing Procurement projects.
  2. Procurement business process integration experience.
  3. Must have experience working on a worldwide basis for large IT services/IT outsourcing companies, with strong client-facing experience.
  4. Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing a software implementation project experience.
  5. Management of integrator contract (solution challenge, delivery validation, budget and scope monitoring).
