Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Methods and Production Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of our products, CherryTemp and Cubix, meets the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the definition of production strategies for our products, ensuring alignment with our company's goals and objectives.
- Ensure the production of our products is carried out in compliance with standards and regulations, including ISO 9001.
- Develop and implement production processes that meet our quality and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain a provisional production planning system, optimizing production time through continuous improvement.
- Implement follow-up tools and dashboards for analysis and reporting.
- Document processes and generate guidelines for production staff.
- Communicate results through reports and oral presentations.
- Lead the after-sales activities for our products, interacting with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Participate in brainstorming and troubleshooting with our Industrialization and R&D teams.
- Identify and report customer needs to our R&D, Industrialization, and Sales teams.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Methods and/or Production Engineer, with expertise in mechanical and electronic engineering.
- Design software CAD expertise, preferably with SolidWorks.
- Previous experience in CE-marking and ISO 9001 (ideally 13485).
- Proven budget management experience.
- Rigorous, organized, methodical, and analytical approach.
- Team player with a commitment to autonomy and a hands-on attitude.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and find solutions to problems.
- Fluent English speaker with good writing skills.
- Occasional homeworking possible.
