We're on a mission to equip our customers with the knowledge they need to succeed. As an experienced Instructional Designer, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this vision.

About the Role:

As a key member of our product management group, you'll collaborate with business stakeholders to identify priorities and build an enablement roadmap. Your expertise will drive the development and implementation of learning strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  2. Design and implement interactive digital learning experiences that mimic real-life conditions.
  3. Conduct thorough needs assessments and learning gap analyses to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  5. Continuously improve training materials by evaluating their effectiveness and recommending innovative solutions.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Learning & Development.
  7. Lead and mentor less experienced team members to help them progress and deliver.

Expected Outcomes:

  1. High learner satisfaction for training materials.
  2. Improved business outcomes related to sales, customer support, and project implementation.

Requirements:

  1. Master or Bachelor's Degree.
  2. Excellent command of English.
  3. 6+ years of experience in a learning/content creation role.
  4. Proven experience designing and developing content in a corporate learning environment with a global audience.
  5. Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  6. Results-oriented with a strong drive toward customer service and accountability for results.
