At Enablon SA, we're on a mission to empower our customers to become safer and more sustainable. As an Instructional Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our enablement experience.

We're looking for a seasoned instructional designer to join our product management group. This will be a key role in helping us ensure that our internal team-members are equipped with the knowledge they need to serve our clients and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify priorities and build an enablement roadmap
  • Lead the development and implementation of learning strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and learning gap analyses to identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Design and implement interactive digital learning experiences that meet real-life conditions
  • Continually improve training materials based on evaluation results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Learning & Development
  • Support less experienced team members in their growth and development

  • High learner satisfaction for training materials
  • Improved business outcomes related to sales, customer support, and project implementation

Requirements:

  • Master or Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent command of French and English
  • 6+ years working in a professional environment in a learning/content creation role
  • Proven experience designing and developing content in a corporate learning environment with a global audience
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive toward customer service

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

  • Proficiency in training development software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360, Twine)
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and a sound understanding of their typical training needs
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive projects forward while providing guidance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Location and Travel:

Based in the Paris area, with the option for flex-office or remote work. Infrequent international travel may be required.
