About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing the media strategy in your assigned area, business unit, country, or category.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a media plan that aligns with our marketing objectives
- Work closely with the marketing team to assess the effectiveness of our media strategy and optimize for return on investment
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and platforms, and incorporate them into our marketing plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve marketing efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in media buying and analytics, with a strong understanding of digital media and eCommerce best practices
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with external partners and internal stakeholders
- A test-and-learn mentality, with a bias towards action and a willingness to take calculated risks
- Strong process management skills, with the ability to execute well-planned brand initiatives and collaborate effectively with other critical functions
