About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing our media strategy in a particular geography, working closely with the marketing team to implement a media plan and assess its effectiveness.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute media plans to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies and external partners
- Drive digital media strategy and implementation, including eCommerce best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective brand initiatives
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in media, including media buying and analytics, with experience gained across the agency and industry. You should also have a bias to action, a test-and-learn mentality, and a proven ability to work with and influence external partners and matrixed stakeholders.
