About the Position:
We are currently seeking a skilled Pressure Vessel Engineer to join our team in Paris, France.
You will be responsible for the technical management of static equipment, including columns, reactors, tanks, separators, heat exchangers, air coolers, cold boxes, storage tanks, filters, silencers, and other equipment.
Reporting to the Equipment Department within the Design Division, you will be responsible for:
- Design and calculation of pressure vessels
- Analysis of technical specifications
- Drawing up specifications (requisitions, specifications, guide drawings) for tenders and orders
- Technical clarifications, evaluations, and comparisons of suppliers' offers
- Follow-up with vendors (technical meetings, comments on drawings)
You will be in constant interaction with other departments (Installation, Process, Heat Exchanges, Materials, Civil) to manage the project.
About You:
- Graduate Engineer with Mechanical knowledge, with a first professional experience in vessel equipment in the oil & gas or industrial sectors
- Knowledge of pressure vessel calculation software is a plus
- Organization, negotiation, and communication skills will be your key assets for success in this position
- You will also be able to adapt and evolve with ease in contact with different people and cultures
- You speak fluent English and French, and are mobile enough to travel in France and abroad
