The Université de Lorraine is seeking a highly skilled postdoctoral researcher to join our team in the development of nanobody thermogels for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. The successful candidate will be responsible for characterizing polymer-nanobody interactions and synthesizing thiolated polymers (thiomers) for efficient encapsulation and controlled release of nanobodies.
Main Responsibilities:- Characterize polymer-protein interactions and optimize thermogel compositions
- Synthesize and characterize thiomers for efficient encapsulation and controlled release of nanobodies
- Physicochemical and structural characterization of original thermogels
- PhD in Polymer Chemistry or related field
- Experience in polymer synthesis and characterization, as well as biochemistry of polymer/protein interactions
- Strong background in scientific research and publication
The project is conducted in collaboration with the Pasteur Institute and the Brain Institute (Paris, CNRS). The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic research team and will have the opportunity to work with experienced researchers in the field.
