The Centre Hospitalier de l'Ouest Guyanais is in search of a dedicated Radiology Imaging Specialist (M/F). The successful candidate will be tasked with executing medical imaging techniques aimed at preventing, identifying, and managing health issues under the guidance of a medical professional.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting patients and collecting essential medical information
- Providing support and care to patients throughout their imaging experience
- Clarifying the procedures, associated risks, and expected outcomes of examinations
- Relay critical information to the supervising physician
- Ensuring patient comfort and maintaining hygiene standards
- Proficient in assessing clinical scenarios to determine appropriate patient care
- Skilled in performing diagnostic and therapeutic imaging while ensuring seamless patient care
- Ability to manage and document information pertinent to diagnostic and therapeutic processes
- Knowledge of radioprotection protocols to safeguard patients, staff, and the community
- Attractive salary commensurate with experience
