Financial Manager for Multisite Group

We are committed to making A Better World for Pets, and our team is key to achieving this goal. As a Financial Manager for Multisite Group, you will play a crucial role in leading an accounting team dedicated to integrated structures within Antech Diagnostics France.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing consolidated financial statements in compliance with French accounting standards and US GAAP.
- Supervising the accounting team, ensuring best practices are shared within the group.
- Managing balance sheet accounts, receivables, and payables, as well as fixed asset and lease accounting.
- Performing closing entries and documentation in accordance with internal control guidelines.
- Integrating new companies into existing closing processes and participating in cross-departmental optimization projects.
- Supporting Management Control teams, both nationally and internationally.
- Managing ad hoc projects such as system migrations and the implementation of new processes.

Key requirements for this position include:
- A degree in international accounting (e.g., business school, DSCG, IAE) at a Bac+5 level.
- Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in a structured multisite group, with prior experience in an audit firm being a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax law.
- Experience in preparing financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards and US GAAP.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and integrated reporting tools.
- Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
- Structured, autonomous, and proactive working method.
- Very strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in leading a small team is a plus.
