Job Description: Activity Day Center Support Staff
- Develop, implement, and lead engaging activities tailored to the needs of individuals with disabilities.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide educational support and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized projects for participants.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and protocols within the center.
- Actively contribute to team discussions and initiatives, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We seek individuals who possess strong listening skills, leadership qualities, creativity, and a commitment to teamwork. Prior experience in education and day activity centers is highly valued. The ability to facilitate group workshops, work effectively within a team, organize tasks efficiently, and maintain a healthy work-life balance are essential attributes.
A valid driver's license is required for this position.
