We are currently in search of a Senior Chartering Specialist to enhance our Global Project Centre.
Position Overview
- Oversee the chartering processes for marine and transportation assets utilized in various projects.
- Collaborate with suppliers, negotiate agreements, and manage the contract lifecycle post-award.
- Assist in tender processes by analyzing market conditions and coordinating technical assessments.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and solicit proposals from suppliers.
- Evaluate and analyze commercial proposals received.
- Facilitate technical evaluations in collaboration with internal teams.
- Lead supplier negotiations and manage the awarding of contracts.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Maritime Business or Maritime Law.
- Familiarity with BIMCO charter agreements.
- Proven experience in a comparable role.
- Strong skills in contracting and negotiation.
