About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer to join our team at MVG | Microwave Vision Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for crafting technical proposals, accurately costing solutions, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to define the most suitable solutions to meet customer needs in EMC/RF and Antenna testing measurements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to gather the necessary information and resources for the proposal.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of RF shielding, EMC test system, and antenna measurement techniques.
  • Manage and coordinate the bid management process for large proposals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams to ensure successful proposal execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline, preferably in mechanics, RF, and/or EMC.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
  • Experience in bid management of large proposals and project management.
  • Knowledge of RF shielding, EMC test system, and antenna measurement techniques.
