Job Title

Senior Product Manager

Amadeus is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Hotel Central Reservation System platform. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead and manage a global team of product managers, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to ensure success.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to drive technical projects and prioritize features effectively.
  • Communicate the product vision and ensure alignment with development efforts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in a multinational management or product area, with product management and hotel industry experience.
  • Experience in team and product management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Profound knowledge of the hospitality industry, including providers, travel agencies, technology, trends, and strategy.
  • Professional proficiency in English and French.
