Job Summary
Fairmont El San Juan Pantry Cook is responsible for maintaining and setting up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, seasoning and all other food items prepared in the different kitchen stations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist cooks in the preparation of all items for the food and beverage outlets and banquets.
- Maintain and set up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, seasoning and all other food items prepared in the different kitchen stations.
Requirements
- High school diploma required or equivalent preferred.
- Culinary or apprenticeship program preferred.
- Ability to speak English and Spanish.
- Basic cooking knowledge.
- Cooking experience preferred.
- Some hospitality experience preferred.
