We are seeking a talented Graduate Account Manager to join our team in Saint-Priest, France. As a Graduate Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading customer account management matters, developing relationships with existing customers, and ensuring their satisfaction with our Digital Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive business growth.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Engagement: Ensure customer satisfaction with our Digital Solutions through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to generate Digital revenue.
  • Customer Support: Provide orientation to customers based on market and platform information.
  • Analytical Mindset: Identify and resolve campaign performance issues, and coordinate with the team to implement required next steps.
Requirements:
  • Legal right to work in France.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business-related studies obtained within the last 2 years.
  • Fluency in French and English (oral and written).
  • Flexibility and geographical mobility.
  • Creative and outside-the-box thinking.
