About the Role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Leader & Scrum Master to join our team in Marignane, France. As a key member of the AH Information Management Directorate, you will be responsible for managing, driving, and monitoring the delivery of Digital projects related to the Airbus Helicopters Customer Portal.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the availability and well-working of the Airbus Helicopters Customer Portal and its core services.
  2. Lead the project, taking into account the different axes: time, budget, and quality.
  3. Ensure active risk and opportunity management.
  4. Understand business needs and strategic objectives and propose the corresponding IT solution via standard software of the market or specific solutions as well as Cloud-based architecture.
  5. Maintain the product roadmap and ensure it stays in line with Enterprise Architecture, Digital strategy, and objectives.
  6. Support the definition of the governance of the customer portal and its associated core services.
  7. Participate in Airbus group initiatives and lead technical exchanges.
  8. Benchmark other companies on how they handle their external portals.
  9. Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.
About You

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  1. 5 years of IT Project leader experience on business domains such as customer services.
  2. 3 years significant Scrum Master experience (PSM certificate would be highly appreciated).
  3. Safe methodology experience would be a plus.
  4. Demonstrable experience in cloud-based solutions implementation (Liferay knowledge would be highly appreciated).
  5. Good knowledge of web and mobile apps technologies.
  6. Partners and External service providers management.
  7. Negotiation with internal customers.
  8. Strong focus on People, quality, planning, and customer satisfaction.
  9. Appetite for teamwork, transparency, and facilitation.
  10. Rigorous, autonomous, good team spirit, and customer orientation.
  11. Advanced level in English.
